Therma-Roll 77 profile is the ultimate in acoustic and thermal partioning projects.

With spans of up to 5.4 metres achievable, room partitioning can be easily undertaken. All therma-roll 77 shutters are fully finished with a complete housing box with all parts being powder coated as standard.

With a full choice of colours and operating styles Therma-roll 77 offers outstanding flexibility to match any application.

On larger applications Therma-roll 77 can be supplied with sliding head plate mechanism to reduce curtain deflection and the need for large ceiling aperture for the shutter to pass through.

Guide Section

Standard 90mm guide section complete with twin brush piles to eliminate dust, debris and sound from passing through the guide when the door is in the closed position.

Optional 150mm guide section is also available.

Head Plate Size Guide

All of the height calculations shown to the left are based upon a 60mm ocatgonal axle.

If exceeding a span of 3000mm please allow for a 70mm axle which may alter the headplate size.
